At Exit Zero Coffee, we want every guest to love their order. If your drink or food item isn’t prepared correctly or doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re happy to make it right.

 

Customers are entitled to one complimentary remake per item if:

• The order was made incorrectly, or

• The customer is unsatisfied with the taste or quality of the item.

 

Please notify a team member at the time of purchase so we can promptly prepare a replacement.
